The software and services we offer you are subject to the terms and conditions listed below. These terms represent a legally binding agreement between the individual and us.

Ultra TV Remote - ScreenSaver is an App developed by Shenzhen Xinmeihutong TechonologyCo., LTD ("Xinmeihutong" or "our"). Installing Ultra TV Remote - ScreenSaver constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions of the service provided by Xinmeihutong. Please make sure you read these terms and conditions carefully before using the app. If these terms are unacceptable to you, please immediately discontinue the use of this App. The Terms may change periodically. Please check our apps regularly as changes could be posted within our APP

Xinmeihutong on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery will allow you to obtain the benefit of the Application on a subscription basis. The mobile platform owner or third parties working on our behalf may handle payments for such subscriptions directly through the Application. Free trial subscriptions can be canceled at any time up to 24 hours before the trial period ends. You can cancel the subscription service at any time during the subscription period through the subscription settings in iTunes, Android, or Huawei accounts. Cancellation will take effect following the final day of the applicable subscription period. More information on order cancellations and refunds can be found on the third-party reseller's website.

Xinmeihutong reserves the right to refuse or reject access to any or all of its Site, Content, or Services to any person or entity for any reason at any time. Access to, registration for, use of, and participation in the Services are void where prohibited. Certain areas or the Site or Services require you to register with Xinmeihutong as a member and create a unique, password-protected account (your "Account"). By registering, clicking "I Agree" or otherwise using or participating in the Services, you represent to Xinmeihutong that you:

• 13 years or older and are not barred from using Xinmeihutong's product under applicable law
• Have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms of Use
• Have not violated, and will not violate, any laws or regulations during your use of the Site, Content, or Service
• Bear the responsibility of safeguarding your Xinmeihutong's password secure. You are responsible for any activity on your account, whether or not you authorized that activity.
• Retain full ownership of your content, including text, graphics, images, and other information provided to us while using Xinmeihutong's product
• Agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use

Xinmeihutong and its licensors exclusively own Xinmeihutong, including all associated intellectual property rights. The app itself, and all the trademarks,copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Xinmeihutong.

You are not permitted to reproduce or modify the Application in any way, nor any part of the Application or Xinmeihutong trademarks. You are not permitted to try to extract Xinmeihutong’s product source code, translate Xinmeihutong's product into another language, or create a derivative version. You are solely responsible for any content transmitted or uploaded using the Application while using Ultra TV Remote - ScreenSaver. You agree that any content you transmit or upload will not violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

You agree not to do or attempt to do any of the following:

• Plant malware or use Xinmeihutong to spread malware
• Send any unsolicited communications, promotions, advertising, or spam
• Post or transmit any content that is fraudulent or misleading, or that infringes the rights of others
• Invading another person’s privacy
• Probe or test the vulnerability of any Xinmeihutong system or network or breach any security or authentication measures
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Xinmeihutong, Xinmeihutong’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Xinmeihutong’s providers
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software used to provide Xinmeihutong
• Interfere or attempt to interfere with the access of any user, host, or network, including by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing Xinmeihutong
• Access or search Xinmeihutong or download any intellectual property from Xinmeihutong by using any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, scrapers, data mining tools, or the like) other than our publicly supported interfaces
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Xinmeihutong is provided “as is” without any warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Xinmeihutong will meet your requirements, or that Ultra TV Remote - ScreenSaver will be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any of our intellectual property and content or functionality.

Xinmeihutong disclaims all liability for any form of damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, resulting from the use of the Application. (Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.)

You agree to defend and keep Xinmeihutong its officers, agents, affiliates, and employees harmless against any demands, liabilities, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' costs) resulting from your use of the Apps or your violation of this Agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to and use of Xinmeihutong's product at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
